TOTAL ECLIPSE OF THE HAUTE: THE EXHIBIT
Totally Fun... With No Sun
In preparation and anticipation of the total solar eclipse in April 2024, the Terre Haute Children's Museum opened "Total Eclipse of the Haute" in early 2023.
The third floor exhibit is located in the museum's rotating exhibit space and focuses on the science behind a solar eclipse. You may remember the partial solar eclipse in 2017, but we're told the next historical and natural upcoming eclipse will be more impressive, as Terre Haute is in the line of locations that will see the total eclipse of the sun. If that wasn't impressive enough, the next total eclipse won’t happen in Indiana until 2099... making it a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience for those in the Hoosier state! Vertical Divider
